Not if they're union.

Wouldn't matter one little bit over here, I can assure you anyone found like that in almost any work environment would be immediately suspended pending disciplinary investigation and I can guarantee you they would be sacked regardless of union membership or not.
Unless of course they were one of the bosses.

I'm led to believe that US workers have less employee rights than their UK/European counterparts, maybe that's wrong?

Regardless of that; I really couldn't give a toss what our elected representatives get up to in their down time but at work they should be beyond reproach.

Nah, I think alcoholically impaired. It's like a mental circuit that normally would be open was not. She new the info was in the next room of her brain but somehow that door would just not push open to let her at it and she just but it wouldn't budge.

I wonder if she has the personal capacity to understand that she has made a laughing spectacle of herself and needs to reassess herself.
