Manitoba's leader replying to question on Ivor Mectin, etc. - obfuscation 101, anyone?

Premier of Manitoba (capitol city Winnipeg's CDC has some history when this whole pandemic began) gave the most interesting reply to a reporter's question of the use of alternative cures/therapies for the C.19 during a recent press conference.
His response could be considered humourous because he avoids it like... the plague.

Near the end, he starts on a totally different subject, in the end "thanking those in charge for making that rain available".

Anyone up on body lingo? He appears like he's not maybe telling us something...

I saw it earlier though and he answered that woman's question regarding ivermection with a lowdown on vaccinations. Totally ignored her question. Then bubbled his way to thanking the rain gods for their billion dollar rain. He blinked alot. Anyways he still must feel stunned.

Interesting to see some honesty in a politician these days. Has no interest in providing treatments and flattening the curve, but instead is preparing vaccinations for the next wave. Got to look after the big business drug manufactures. Not enough profit in HCQ and Ivermectin I guess? The finish off with the Billion dollar rain is fitting in a cryptic way.

As for the body language, he does squirm a bit with the question as it is being asked.

Thanks for your take on it. Yeah he launched into vaxes like nothing. Blinking all the way. Was pretty stunning alright; applause to that reporter for asking.

Had no idea Manitoba's largest industry was pharma - he actually told us who's paying his bills there, yep.
