These sound ideal, you will need enough dandelions to clothe yourself in at midnight. I think you will find the experience really quite liberating! Menstrual blood also works for most problems in life but on this occasion I think it might be overkill.

How do you cleanse of bad energy!

By exercising self-discipline over your thoughts. Stop focusing on "bad energy" and start focusing on all the "good energy" in your life. The bad will fade away because you are no longer feeding it. I know some folks feel they need religious or metaphysical ritual, but it's really as simple as choosing to change your focus.

aye im probably noo gonna clothe myself naked in dandelions at midnight just yet, unless you want to apply the oil then im prob game, but the dandelions are actually ribwort, still have dandelions though, just not as many as i thought. interestingly it said ribwort was good for venus rituals and self-love... sounds fun

Be rock steady with this:

"This is my living space, I make the rules." Period. No if's or when's you need to internalize this for yourself. If you think there are any negative spiritual energies around, even if you don't believe in them (notice my wording) you need to remember that you're just as powerful.

This is my method I copied but you got to understand the idea behind it:

Even if they don't exist, just in case IF... Imagine a sphere in the middle of your house. Notice the color your brain tells you and go with it. No questions asked you need to be sure that:

When you expand this sphere or bubble in your imagination until it shields your whole house, back and front, top and down, side to side, it will be the most normal thing to think "This bubble is my will and it's not going to be penetrated by evil or negative spirits or whatever. It's a fact for you as you do it, it's your rules and they need to stick to this. No questions asked IF they exist, YOU make the rules.

You don't believe in this working, it's fine but consider giving it some trust as it doesn't hurt you to do this and it can not hurt. Only positive things can come from this protection bubble. If you allow such spirits to creep into your reality, you tell them where their place is.

Do I believe in spirits or ghosts? Not really (hint) but if they exist... I have the best shield I can imagine. This is my mindset.



Add: Imagine it like this: If you ever become knowledge about negative and evil spirits, the moment they pop up in your worldview, you have this bubble spawn into this realm instantly. It's establishing dominance in some way.

Thanks i have a few mind games i play before i go to sleep, so will keep that one in mind, sometimes i like to imagine i am in a green meadow with a giant tree in front of me and i imagine a door in it that i enter and go on adventures.

I like the spices mint, sage, chives, and rosemary, but tend to only use small amounts if any thyme in my cooking. I have a Eugenol intolerance so moderate Eugenol foods.

Energy is good to have, and moderating the energy is the best way to do things. Avoiding food chemistry that blocks your ability to reason winds up making you lash out at others and take things narrowmindedly.

I fast once a year. As long as I can do it but never longer than two weeks, most of time it's ten days.

This helps detoxifying the body and for me it helps earthing and connecting. I value things more after it, the first meals I prepare, the smell and taste gives me a new quality of life each year. It teaches me that I can go without anything than water for a long period of time.

Yes, no juice not even lot's of broth, only broth when I need energy to do something I think would overburden me. It's worth a try but you should read into it, listen to your body and consider additional medical advice, depending on your health and preconditions if you have any. Start slowly with food again but if you listen to my advice, you will read and hear all of this plenty before you decide to do it.

It's easier in summer but I chose the first January week for it. This over the years has settled into my mind and I enjoy Christmas meals much more conscious knowing that soon I will be fastening but I know it's worth every hungry minute. The hunger stops after day three though.

Add: It's brutal though if you have to care for someone like cooking meals for a child and watch it eat. A toothpick helps a lot with this.

i need to force myself to eat, but im not undernourished, im fit with a slow heart rate 63bpm, although i dont exercise, sometimes punch a punch bag... but i could fast, and may give it a try actually, tbh the thing that keeps coming to me is my eating habits, i am growing a lot just now, potatoes,leeks,cauliflour, cabbages, lettuce, and my cherry tree is fruiting, so i want to add this stuff into my eating.

Just remember if you work, better do it on vaccation as you will notice soon that you're going to run on the absolute minimum, even lifting heavy stuff repeatedly is going to be exhausting.

The type of fastening I do should be done with someone experienced first, at least under medical watch and not with pre existing health conditions. Don't underestimate it.

What I am on about is that it will cleans you both mental and physical.

Your and my responses are similar in direction...

i had as a youngster, gone to sleep in the summer while it was still twilight outside (long summer days when the sky darkened @ 10 PM)

i would 'see' choo-choo trains emerge from the cloudy space where a bedroom wall meets the bedroom ceiling...
that magic path was a parade of animals, clowns, cars, fish, bands that were visible around whole room where the vapors parted to reveal all sorts of objects that paraded and bewildered the 10 year old boy...into a dream state


the OP might just try a penetrating stare into the 'smoke' that they feel is a 'intruder spirit'...

and 'see' if forms or entities become visually recognized

i take it you (the OP) never took up scrying into black surfaces, crystal balls or other devices which help launch your brainwaves into a proper State for ''venturing' into other realities

the 'smoke' may just be worth penetrating, just like parting a veil & Viola'

Just finished working on a Native American project. Every morning and night we attended the blessing way for cast and crew. Burning sage and Navajo prayers for blessing from the higher power you believe in.
No accidents or sickness on location.
