Trash bin thread 404d

The other day I was exploring the depths of ATS and came across a subforum named "trash bin" or such.

I thought that is interestingly odd, there are plenty of forums to host all sorts of threads that don't violate T&C, why trash them and leaf public access unless

I clicked and it 404d...

But
Does that mean mods have access to it, I would be curious as to how you handle the content that end up in that thrash bin?
does any mod has access?
Do you delete them permanently at some point?
Do all threads that get removed end in the thrash bin?

Sorry for being nosy I did not break any T&C finding that thrash bin icon i clicked and after it 404d i didn't venture further.

When threads are removed by staff for whatever reason, they are moved to the Trash Bin.
It is accessible to staff, but not members, hence the 404.
