Oregon has lifted its mask mandate for people who have been fully vaccinated against the coronavirus, but is requiring businesses, workplaces and houses of worship to verify the vaccination status of individuals before they enter buildings without a mask.
This statewide mandate, one of the first of its kind in the country, raised concerns that the procedure of verifying vaccinations could be too cumbersome for workers.
An agreement has been reached to introduce an EU-wide COVID travel pass in time for the summer season.
The certificate, designed to facilitate free movement for work and tourism across the bloc, will include information about vaccination, tests and recovery from the disease.

How they going to tell? Can't legally show the papers HIPAA and all. Just a scare tactic.
You have that backwards. Legally, you can decide to show proof if you want to. Legally, they can’t ask you for proof.
