Do not trust ANY official death toll coming out of India for Covid-19 right now. It's been politicised over there and the BJP Government of Modi is being accused of wild underestimates. They are running out firewood in the public crematoriums and they keep finding dead bodies on riverbanks, plus they are running out of O2 in hospitals. From all accounts it's bad there.

India was like that when I was there over 20 years ago. The Gangi River was one common method of body disposal back then. Quite common to have bodies floating by while people are washing their cloths. Dried cow dung was commonly used for cooking in places. I was impressed by just how little fuel some people could use to cook a meal.

I do try to see both sides but so many times I find my self trying
really hard. This is one of those times. For the simple reason
I don't want this vaccine for my grand kids. Truly I've lived my life
but these kids today don't deserve this. And I feel threatened
by what he said absolutely. In all honesty.
