The Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine has not been approved or licensed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), but has been authorized for emergency use by FDA under an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) to prevent Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) for use in individuals 16 years of age and older.

So...tons of folks argue this lately, but this is from Pfizers own announcement for starting the application process for vaccine approval on May 7, 2021....7 days ago.
This should clear up any argument for those saying otherwise.

As long as the drug is experimental, and you're a willing guinea pig, you can't sue Pfizer when a medical problem develops.
But maybe you can sue the Federal Government for pressuring you to get injected with the experimental drug.

My former employer is forcing everyone back in office AND everyone must get vaccinated...
Is that allowed? Seems like I keep finding mixed results on the web.
I guess you don't have to work there, but still seems excessive.

Makes me wonder....
Wasn't one of Trump's earliest moves to make it easier for experimental treatments to be used rather than waiting years to be approved?
