A CNN panel admitted to getting "dramatic" on Wednesday and fearing for America's political future after Republicans voted Rep. Liz Cheney, R-Wyo., out of her role as House Republican Conference Chair.

Cheney has stood out among Republicans for her condemnation of former President Donald Trump and his "dangerous lies" about the 2020 election being stolen.

The panel read aloud some of Cheney's remarks behind closed doors before the final voice vote, which elicited an emotional reaction from CNN chief political correspondent Dana Bash.

"It reads to me like someone who is facing a political public execution and wants to be heard before that political execution happens," Bash said of Cheney's speech. "I know that sounds dramatic, but that's what's going on here."

4 years of trashing Trump and anyone who voted for him and now they have the nerve to say this is " political execution " ? They still go on a daily rant about White Supremacy, racism, Conservatives and it seems Trump is still living in their heads, but they ignore the border crisis and the failures of the Biden administration. Not to mention the riots, looting and burning of cities under Democrat control.

Broken borders , Crashing economy , Nobody wants to work , Middle east going up in flames, Inflation high , talks of more spending to help make sure that inflation hits higher


They need a story to ignore all these. So naturally CNN will be outraged and pretend to care .. its what they do best . Hide the real stories and create smoke and mirror stories to be outraged for the week .

You have to remember modern liberals are not rational human beings. They have the mentality of a child who their toys taken away and should be treated as such. Don't take their tantrums seriously . Its just the knee jerk reaction of the week .


If they are so outraged. The Democrats should welcome Cheney into the party this should be interesting. But they don't care... Outrage is all that taste good in the lefty world

There was a storming of the Capital Building with sound arguments that Ex Prez Trump helped to instigate. This is a big story whether or not you want to consider it so.

The ExPrez continues to push the story line that there was massive fraud and that he won by a landslide even though all the states have counted and some recounted and no significant fraud was found. Trump refuses to admit his defeat and has taken a fair segment of of citizens along with his delusions. THIS is a big story whether or not you want to believe it so.

The Republican Party wants to walk in lock step to the marching orders of the ExPrez and moving to ''cancel'' anyone in the party who will not bend to the rule of the Trumpian mob. This is a big story whether or not you want to see it that way.

Attempts to pretend that this is NOT a big story and one that should not get coverage is cancel culture at it's finest..

There is no republican party without trump. I was a life long liberal untill the end of the Obama administration. Trump is the REASON i started to support the right and republicans.

Without trump i will happily go back to libertarian. I will never support the party of treason. aka democrats...Nor will i support a republican party without trump. As i see no viable leader.
