Socially disadvantaged individuals are those who have been subjected to racial or ethnic prejudice or cultural bias because of their identity as a member of a group without regard to their individual qualities.
Economically disadvantaged individuals are those socially disadvantaged individuals whose ability to compete in the free enterprise system has been impaired due to diminished capital and credit opportunities as compared to others in the same business area who are not socially disadvantaged.
John Boyd, president of the National Black Farmers Association, told Yahoo Finance that ... "I’ve been trying to get debt relief for Blacks and other farmers of color for over 30 years,” he said. “This wasn’t a new request at all. When I first heard about the [new lawsuit], I immediately thought about history where Blacks were enslaved, Native Americans lost all their land at the great of many white men.”
Black farmers, which account for 1.3% of the population, the Guardian reported. Those farmers own just 0.52% of farmland in the country, while making less than $40,000 a year (compared to white farmers who make over $190,000 annually).

It's not about justice. It's about vengeance.
They don't want access on an equal basis. They want to do to whites what they think whites did to them, and yes, they do think any disadvantages they perceive in their lives are solely because of what those long ago whites did to long ago blacks.

how do you plan on doing that? Raise my taxes, put more restrictions on what I can grow. Institute economic caps on the
market prices, Raise prices on seed, equipment and fuel.
