Not saying anything really.

Instead of using biased opinions, just use the actual source of the numbers.

Oddly, the msm’s numbers have been accurate, whereas the number shown in the op is....wrong.

Interdasting

For once we semi-agree on something. Not that the msm numbers are correct, or even Nielsen, but I would like to know how the other figures like 11.6, 22.6, 26.9 figures were extrapolated if Nielsen's public data is a definitive source for the msm, or anyone really.

"Instead of using biased opinions, just use the actual source of the numbers."
Lol. Irony.

The higher figure is the number who started to watch.

The lower was the number still awake at the end.

Ok, so if Neilson didn’t get the numbers, who did?

Pretty sure it’s them.

Politics isn't entertainment. Ratings only matter to Trump and his cult. No one cares if Biden gets an audience. We care that he's President. We want him to be President.

If we want to be entertained, we'll watch the Apprentice.

Your comment is no surprise, deflecting from the fact that Biden is the least popular president in history when his handlers expect us to believe that he got 81 million votes.
And why do you want him to be president? Because hurt feelz.
What is he doing to help you? Nothing.

I'm not saying they didn't get the numbers. That is the business they are in, but the public figures and what the networks buy may be two different things and don't reflect other factors.

Still, I have to agree with you that the numbers being spit out by certain websites aren't reflecting Nielsen's public figures, so where are they getting those figures? From other sources in the same business? Maybe.

The following article is from 2011, but I think it is still pertinent even if it is a bit outdated. It seems there are other competing sources out there who were at least supplementing Nielsen. With advances in technology in the past decade, they may be doing a lot more than that now...

Nielsen, networks and advertisers are all wrestling with the problem of media fragmentation, and nobody has charted a clear path forward yet. A number of competing companies like TiVo, TRA and Rentrak, are selling supplementary data to some of Nielsen’s clients, but none has a product that’s competitive with Nielsen’s core TV ratings. The Coalition for Innovative Media Measurement, or CIMM, hopes to glean better research from set top box data, and has the backing of major TV networks.

Link
It's an interesting article if read with a little skepticism, and I suspect one could glean a lot more from newer articles with a bit of research. As we all know, statistics are relative and can be manipulated, but I suspect the truth is somewhere in the averages of the figures being thrown around.

Yea... I don't have high hopes for this one.

I'd be happy if he just becomes the placeholder his handlers expected him to be.

I think there's more of a chance he's the worse than a good president.... But that's still a low bar set by Bush for Biden to limbo under to steal that title IMO.

Seems the media can't make up their mind how much to pad the real numbers. Thanks.

They can’t up up with the downvotes on Youtube either. Every video of that potato trying to talk has gotten more downvotes than upvotes, even after they go in and remove downvotes.

Potato is a good analogy.
He has mashed potatoes for brains but his supporters don’t care.

Biden - All white people are racist and Trump is to blame for everything. Stroke my legs....

That sums up this #show of a speech.

After delivering a grueling 1 hour 10 minute speech to Congress Wednesday night, Joe Biden was in pretty bad shape for the "100 days in office" speech he gave at this outdoor car-rally in Georgia on Thursday.

Check out these items..

4:50 - Joe takes off his mask and puts it on the podium.

27:50 - Joe can't find the mask.

Try this...Randomly pick a spot in Biden's speech and see how many attempts it takes to find a section where he's speaking clearly, or not coughing, or IS making sense.

Obsessive much?

Get a life.

Thanks for caring!

Yesterday's car-rally was the first time I've seen Biden wade out into the crowd after a speech, in the past 2 years.

Bumbling Biden’s excuse will be that all the blacks don’t know how to turn their TVs on.
81 million my ass.

Even Democrats know Biden didn't get 81 million votes.

Evidence: 81m.org...

Furthermore, they are petitioning the Department of Justice to put a stop to the Forensic Audit occurring in Arizona right now.

KABOOM incoming.

That's some interesting data analysis on 81m.org, esp the manipulation data column.

Democrat generated "manipulation" has people snookered.

Everything from Covid-19 to the 2020 Election.

It's only a matter of WHEN the masses learn of these scams/schemes.

Those numbers are pretty good, shows Biden has a very engaged base.
11m would represent about 100% of the people who actually voted for him.

I’ll give mashed potato brains the benefit of the doubt and say there might have been 20 million idiots in this country that voted for him.
But I cannot buy the story that there is 81 million idiots here, I’d be afraid to leave the house if there was.

11.6 million Biden supporters that watched.

26.9 million total viewers, 15.3 million tuned in to watch see how bad it would be.

This^

I watched just to see the doddering old coot mumble his way through, and marvel at the Everest-sized pile of BS he was spewing.

Sidenote:
Watching Joe walk to the podium I realized how perfectly the word "doddering' fits him.

Guys, guys, guys...

The Right winged Huite Supremes that run power stations and Tv stations rolled black-outs and brown-outs for the Brown and Black populated areas expressly to kill them and deny the broadcast of Our Beloved Leader.

Get your talking points together, its Democracy at stake

"I'm sure there's a good reason. Maybe it was just a one-off? A fluke? I'm flabbergasted! "

You are surprised? How can you be surprised? Biden is doling out billions of bucks. Everyone likes free money.

And then there's this.....and I think Krugman has hit the nail on the head on this one! Biden's family plan will toast the GOP for at least a generation.
