The odds of any serious problems (especially death) due to being vaccinated are very low. Probably lower than the risk you take every time you get in your car. In 2018 there were 11.18 vehicle deaths per 100,000 people in the country. Try extrapolating that to the number of vaccinations which have been administered and how many deaths they have caused if you want to analyze odds.
