Oh yeah they do not feel good at all, they can actually be lethal if misused (shot to the head) but a lot of folks will paint them orange

If he had used his Taser to "drive stun" the individuals large muscle it would be different. But since strikes, including punches, are generally just
one level below deadly force its much more serious
