Haven't heard or read.

Did Minnesota pass any rioting laws like Florida?

Correct. The law assumes they were not watching/listening to the news and any appeal claiming they were biased by her dopey comments would have to show evidence of such.

It doesn't matter what the verdict is, anything short of burning him at the stake is going to be a reason for them to riot.

So less than 24 hours for a verdict?

I think it was only about 10 hours of actual deliberating.

That would be a good theory, but does anyone honestly believe that none of the jurors have heard anything about it?

A quick verdict could go either way, my guess, convicted on the lesser charge.

I don't think so, they didn't ask the judge the difference between the two which usually happens when considering a lesser charge, it's either guilty on the big stuff or not in my opinion and the quickness of the return leads me to say guilty of second degree murder.

I think you are right on guilty, and true, I did not hear about any questions/clarifications to the judge, from the jury..I assume those things are reported when it happens.

They are since court needs to be reconvened and the questions asked in the presence of counsel. The judge will then give instructions or clarification and all of this becomes part of the record.

I would be surprised if at least some of them are not aware. I dunno though, it's possible.

10 hours is/isn't very long in a case such as this?

If it were a hung jury the judge would have sent them back to continue without the press release?

I doubt the judge would let them give up that soon. I'm no lawyer though.

So then a unanimous vote one way or the other?

It could go either way. Personally, I don't know how anyone who watched the details of the trial could find him guilty. Way too much reasonable doubt. It was just like the Trayvon Martin case where the media did a piss poor job reporting all the facts, so most of the NPC sheeple still think Zimmerman was guilty.

With that said, given the jurors know BLM and the rest of the losers are itching to burn down some cities and cop some Gucci belts, it would not surprise me if they cave to the pressure and find him guility. It would be a travesty of justice.

Yeah, whatever it is, they definitely all agreed on it.

I wonder how the police department will react if a guilty verdict is reached and riots break out...they're going to be not too pleased i imagine. Police do tend to look out for their own. I can't see it being good either way to be honest. The media has played this up so much now and pushed this idea of violence no matter what so hard now.

Hope everyone in the area stays safe.
