How can this be jury tampering if the jury is barred from watching any media?

It's on the jury to go by the rules. Everyone else can talk about it as they please, maybe even sniffy Joe.

The trial is in a heavy Democrat area and court不

You really think they follow every rule ? 不

It's little cheat city on steroids 不

It's funny to listen to the 'they are not allowed to watch any news or consume any media, so they couldn't possibly be'.
LOL
Of course, everything works just as it should all the time.

My daughters scanner went off about some shootings in Minneapolis and a possible bomb going off. She tuned in her phone scanner to Minneapolis. I do not know if it is true, just chatter by the police there I guess. You would think that the cops would go to side channels, and shootings in Minneapolis does not mean it has anything to do with this trial either. Someone could be setting off fireworks and scared the Jeebies out of someone there panicking about what is in the future.

The president doesn't have any more right to contact the jury than any other american citizen.

Truthfully biden is probably hoping for a complete acquittal. That would be beneficial to words his political agendas.

Has he contacted the jury? No.

So why post this?

Deny ignorance, people.

instructed is not enough. juries need to be completely cut off from ALL outside contact, for the entire time of the trial. no cellphones, TVs, computers that can be connected to the internet, not even phone calls with family. in fact the only people they should be allowed to be in contact with at all is within their duties in court, and the bailiffs in charge of them. the only entertainment allowed to them should be paper books provided them by the courts. and DVDs again supplied by the court, played on DVD reading only players, and watched on computer monitors (neither of which is capable of internet, or TV connection). and of course any such media not having anything remotely to do at all with similar things to the trial.

At the rate you are going, you will soon be blaming Biden for personally making your cereal get soggy due to the milk. Good god, get a grip. Trump lost, Biden won, stop blaming Biden for a million and one things outside his control.
You have Biden Derangement Syndrome.

The Trial Judge already bitc'h-slapped Maxine Waters and Nancy Pelosi for attempting to sway the jury to render a guilty verdict.

This may just be the last straw for the judge to declare a mistrial.

The jurors are not sequestered. They aren't supposed to look at or hear any news, but they are at home and people talk and TV and radio plays in the background.

NO they are not.

They were allowed to go home at night and told not to talk to anyone about it or listen to news or the radio or internet.

But we all know that is nearly impossible in this day and age.

Waters tampered. Biden tampered. Many tampered.

The jury deliberated under a sword.

I think the Thief-in-Chief gave himself plausible deniability -- at least he thinks he did -- by saying it publicly only after the jury had been sequestered for deliberations. Was it wrong? Of course it was! But it looks like he covered his bases.

The simple truth is that once the Medical Examiner ruled Floyd's death a homicide, Chauvin was necessarily guilty of taking a life... the relevant question is if Chauvin was justified in taking the actions that (supposedly) ended Floyd's life. And that depended on whether or not Chauvin was acting in accordance with established and accepted policing procedures, which was blown sky high when two former Minneapolis LEOs testified that Chauvin's actions were not accepted procedures.

I don't think the jury really had any other (honest) choice... unless one or more decided to exercise their right to jury nullification. Apparently none felt compelled to do so.

A police strike would suit the same ends.

Glad to see folks acknowledge this impending issue.
