I'm 30 mins from the border. I don't see any white folks around here rushing to get a fruit-picking job. Despite my criticism of Bidens Admin, from my perspective, this is one policy that may work, but only if Voter IDs are made mandatory.

It's not just the tomato pickers. Also white people absolutely did those jobs my grandfather in fact was a share cropper. The fact is illegal immigration has run the pay down for those jobs so far that only a moron or someone committing a crime would do it. I work in construction and the same thing is/has happening there. What use to be a way for a hard worker to feed his family is now a way for you to barely scrape by or some other Mexican company employing 10 illegals will take the contract for that same bid. The structures that are being put together now are terrible there is no craftmanship. No one gives a damn about putting in the extra effort to do things the right way because they have to pinch every penny to be able to pay their workers and not go in the red. It's destroying America from the ground up and when you white collars start to feel the crunch it will be too late to save. Welcome to third world hell we are well on our way.

if the U.S. and as some states are doing raising minimum wage 15 bucks a hour, the demand for illegal cheap labor will soar. no company in their right mind will hire unskilled immigrant labor at 15 bucks a hr.
