The VIDEO shows some very authoritative old, rich, white, man, looming over a seated black woman as, inches from her face, he patiently instructs her, as if she's a child or an idiot, how to properly do Social Distancing in order to avoid spreading the China Virus.

This old, rich, white, man appears to be presenting himself as some kind of an expert...or maybe a genius.

As for the black woman he is illuminating, she may be senile or, perhaps, some sort of a shut-in without TV, Internet or Radio...as she appears to have never heard of Social Distancing and is clearly taking everything the old rich, white, man, CV expert says...very seriously.
