If baseball goes political then we're screwed.
I need to go back and watch the future documentary “Idiocracy” to see what happens next in our history’s time line.
Major League Baseball responded to calls to boycott the state of Georgia over a controversial new voter-ID law by moving the All-Star game out of the Peach State.
But teams still requires fans to show photo ID to pick up their tickets from the Will Call booth.
Manfred made the decision to move the All-Star events and the amateur draft from Atlanta after discussions with individual players and the Players Alliance, an organization of Black players formed after the death of George Floyd last year, the commissioner said in a statement.
MLB has no place getting into the politics of elections.
Sports needs to learn they are entertainment, not politics.
The hypocrisy!
All the things we require IDs for in our lives.
And some groups, corporations, states and politicians have the unmitigated gall to want the voting privilege to be abused by not requiring ID.

We can't even do sports any longer.
Sports, media, entertainment is all tainted by politics.
