honestly we need to upgrade our power and internet/communication backbones
right now the only way anyone in the world could hurt the US is with a high altitude EMP burst that would if correctly implemented would put huge parts of the US into the 1800's
to bad that because it is coming from grandpa Biden as alot of people will just dismiss it out of hand as crazy
