Another dog attack? From my experience that dog is a hazard to others and can’t be rehabilitated. It needs to be put down if it’s wounded multiple people sadly. Maybe if joe wasn’t abusing it in the shower this animal wouldn’t be acting out...

Odd, I haven't heard or seen anymore videos of the White House puppy, Major Biden. It's like they got rid of the cute little guy.
