The battle for Covid Passports will absolutely be an uphill legal battle.

First, they'll have more lawsuits than they know what to do with from anti-vaxers/lawfirms citing the constitution.

Secondly, they will have to prove almost 100% the efficacy of the newly created vector vaccines, which is next to impossible because they tossed out the 5 to 10 year protocols that was industry, and government standard for decades.

Thirdly, combine the first and second, in a battle to the Supreme Court, and they will get their asses handed to them via the constitution. There is already case-law standing that can be sited but that's a whole other topic and thread.

I feel this is only way the US could implement the social system that China has. Slowly rights were eroded and in the last year compliance was taught to our citizens.

ONce the next gen government issued phones start it will all be held on that device. It will be needed for shopping, entertainment and travel.

States are losing the battle and the Federal Government is overstepping.
