And yes he has a name. My laptop too but she's... more complicated kind of peculiar. All my cars had names too. I really think the more complex the technology the more likely they are to develop a personality.

Great show too man,been a while--you may have just induced my second viewing of it.

I have recently discovered a great side effect of quitting the sauce is that I have forgotten loads of the content/stories of many of my favorite shows,and a second viewing is almost like watching it fresh again.

I did a hardware refresh when my tube tc died. I guess mine is “Sammy” (as in Samsung).

My new "Sammy" really does have a mind of it's own. It turns itself on, sometimes maybe two or three minutes after I've turned it off. I've never encountered this before so I have no idea why it does this.

Mine had an issue keeping connected. It would drop off for no reason. And the cable would need a wiggle. 2 or 3 weeks and it is all copetic!

Weird stufff. Like it needed time to get used to me like a gold fish...
