the article doesn't seem to have any political motivation, just reporting an unfortunate situation that isn't anyone's fault, wall or no wall, regardless of the policies of the border patrol or any politician. maybe the mom was desperate, maybe not but people need to start thinking more clearly and see things for what they are in this country sometimes.

Joe sounded the welcome trumpet to illegals to come on in during his campaign. Now Joe is POTUS and said economic migrants are scrambling, in record numbers, to punch their meal ticket, to include a record number of unaccompanied children. Ergo the odds go up that someone's gonna die.

Not necessarily, the whole point of the caravans is that people, mostly those from countries with TPS (Temporary Protective Status), use numbers to not be robbed on the way to the US/Mexican border where they can then apply for asylum. Trump had them waiting in mexico and Biden is now letting them in, apparently.

Not if they are asylum seekers.

And that brings us back to the story in the OP. Guatemalans don't have TPS. That lady was trying to enter illegaly with her two kids because Biden wasn't going to let them in, which refutes your original claim that Biden sent out a message that anyone arriving at the border is going to be let in, no questions asked.

Such a shame but, this might be possible to pin on Biden but the reality is that this child's parents failed them. It's tragic.

Most are economic migrants, which is not a reason for asylum.

That channel is based out of New Delhi, hardly local.

Also, they clearly stated that the flood of migrants originated in Honduras, a country with TPS.
