I find the Satan -v- God dynamic concerning Earth as a obstacle that God pointedly instigated

Satan was given planet Earth as a 'playground' billions-of-years before the Creator God established 'Eden & created Adamic humans to tend-the-Eden garden'

(i guess that was Gods demand for the rebellion/coup that Satan tried in the Heaven Abode)



so the Devil/Lucifer/Satan retained a 'Seat of Authority' as Prince of God's planet Earth...

as we are informed in Revelation where the Jesus personna of God was given the Deed & Title to Earth in the 7 times 'Sealed' Scroll which is the Key to the End Times which are filled with Tribulations/wraths/Trumpets/also Vials and bowls-of-judgement and Woes X 3

The resurrected Jesus personna is the absentee Owner that has come to claim his possession-property from the Squatting, freeloader Devil sitting as Prince of the realm

If so, are you really going to be happy in heaven if you know this (these) people are suffering pain for eternity?

Hell is described as a place of arguing and suffering ("weeping and gnashing of teeth"). So yeah if someone's soul can't look for Christ post-mortem in the resurrection, they will possibly spend an eternity arguing and suffering due to their own hubris.

Yes valid points SeaWorthy. But Matthew still has Jesus with sword in hand stating "one’s foes will be members of one’s own household". Like Gods commandment to Abraham to kill his son, Jesus is standing with sword in hand between you and all that you love. Do you fight Jesus to be with your loved ones or do you turn to the Father? One life is that of mind that returns to the dust from which it was made. The other life is that of soul which is indestructible.

Abrahams test which led to a chosen People was a foretelling of what God was going to give to Mankind and and an understanding of just what that means looking from the point of view of a human.

Abraham knows God, he knows and speaks to God. Abraham KNOWS God can bring his son back or take his spirit to heaven. He trusts God!

God foretells her the sacrifice of his own Son whom he loved as Abraham loved Isaac. A picture for us to understand what was given in order to satisfies the law (the wages of sin is death) we are flawed and nothing can stop the death for our flawed offspring as the law is just. But someone stepped in and took our punishment's upon themselves, giving what we never could a perfect Man for a Perfect man.

Jesus said in Matthew 5:18 that the smallest letter will not disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished. In Deuteronomy 30:11-14, Moses stated that the word is very near to us. It exists in our mouth and in our heart. So we can do it. Clearly our ability to do it, disempowers a church, that says we cannot. Don't allow the corruption of the law, corrupt your will. God gave us free choice. Gods truth is in our heart. Not in the words of mind.

By replacing our mind's love with love from our soul, our family will see us as having far more love than ever before. But our love won't any constraints nor boundaries.

Trump being president for 4 years was definitely comparable to the world being run by Satan. That's the closest we've been.
