Tom Homan: Biden has quickly created a crisis at the boarder. Biden decided to systematically destroy legal tools and programs. Which made the boarder the most secure he had ever seen under President Trump. Due to Biden we are having an extreme surge in illegal crossings.

Seriously Im in Nor Cal they showing videos (on the News) of people taking pictures of people shoving very young children under a fence (hole under it)

Yes...Filming someone taking pictures of children being shoved into a hole under a fence and there were children all around waiting for the same treatment. Of course all the while claiming the last administration was responsible.

Gov. Abbott wants to immunize all boarder patrol. I don't agree with that. The vaccines are worse than the disease. If they want the vaccine they should be able to if they know all the facts. And they won't get the honest facts by MSM.

Over 100,000 attempted to enter during February a 28% increase. That's a huge number any idiot should see that the infrastructure at the border and the border towns they spill into can't handle it. It's not political it's logistical, what's the answer? Likely the blue Congress/Senate/President and his handlers will throw more money at it.

news.yahoo.com...

A total of 100,441 people attempted without authorization to enter the country along the southern border during February, according to the new CBP data. That is a 28 percent increase from the previous month. Unaccompanied minors — meaning children without lawful immigration status who attempt to enter the country alone or with someone other than a parent or legal guardian — accounted for 9,457 of those people.

That surge has left the Biden administration struggling to safely house the influx of unaccompanied migrant children arriving at the southern border. This has forced large numbers of these children to fill bare-bones detention facilities designed for adults. According to data obtained by Yahoo News, as of Thursday morning 2,745 migrant children were detained in Border Patrol facilities. Roughly 200 of those children were apprehended Thursday, though some have been detained since as far back as March 1.

Legally, unaccompanied children should be held in such facilities only for up to 72 hours, after which they must be transferred into the custody of the Department of Health and Human Services and placed in an appropriate childcare facility until they can be safely released to a parent or sponsor.

What kind of pressure is forcing these numbers of immigrants to flee to our country?

Strawman much?

The question is irrelevant. Their home countries are responsible for their citizens. We are not the welfare state for the world. Should we help the ones that are true political or religiously persecuted? Yes. Should we help those that just want free stuff?

No.

It's not political it's logistical,

And it's gone from being logistical to being tactical.

The poor bastards trying to man the border crossings are totally overwhelmed. They have to deal with it in the here & now. It doesn't get any more tactical than that.

The irony is that you got the climate crisis/global warming bunch on the left, exhorting we have too many people and if we don't change the world is going to unlivable in 10 years. While another wing of the left saying let everybody in, who cares if it overwhelms the BP and border cities and towns.

I'm not against immigration but the flow has to be manageable for the country the states the counties, cities, and towns involved. As it is now, those 100,000 have the odds stacked against them many many will be homeless and destitute or exploited and driven into gangs and crime. We just don't have the capacity, logistics, and finances to not only take them in but give them a fighting chance to actually succeed.

Honestly, America ought to lease a 5-10 mile stretch from the border and Mexico should use the money to set up Meximerica or America in this strip people can live and work and slowly be acclimated to immigrating to America to acquire a sponsor, etc. Both countries should build and maintain decent living quarters, training, hospitals, etc. get documentation and vaccines to make sure they are healthy.

It's got to be better than just absorbing the population and saying you are on your own.

Oh, and how many are you taking into your house, feeding, and providing free healthcare to now?

Has the Biden Admin allowed cameras in to the housing detention areas yet? As of this morning, the media was complaining about not knowing what is going on in the buildings.

Whataboutism at its finest. The fact remains being "leaders of the free world" doesn't mean much if that freedom is used to play elitist gatekeeping games.

You mean the world that claims we are all racists and are sticking our collective noses in too many countries?

Yeah, whataboutism....is that a mirror you are looking into ? Since your claim of the weeping one is the epitome of that.

Exactly, could you imagine being in the Border Patrol/Immigration there every day, they are and have always been severely understaffed and budgeted, it doesn't help to change policies every 4 -8 years either. It remind s me of people in a full lifeboat and more and more people try to get in the boat eventually swamping it and putting everybody at risk.

The changes in places like McAllen Texas in the last 30-40 years are sad.

I hope the Border officials will tell if Biden insiders start taking the unaccompanied children away.

That's a big concern amongst those who track child trafficking.

It wasn't a problem when white people were invading brown people. But now it's a problem because brown people are invading white people.
