UPDATE: U.S. fighter jets dropped 7 500lb JDAM (Joint Direct Attack Munition) bombs on 7 targets. All bombs hit the target, which as noted before, was a crossing used by the militias to move equipment between borders. Minimal casualties expected.

I've heard of this pipeline. One would think Russia would be more involved in Syria already since they( Russia) provide about 40% of Europe's oil. The new pipeline, which cuts thru Syria where Putin's friend Assad is, would cut into their( Russia) profits. Things could get really hot in the ME really fast if Russia steps in.
