Some may be convinced they have some inner secret knowledge of how reality works and what the universe is. But at the end of the day its just what they believe, rather than know.
Its not really much different to a fanatical christian, whose convinced themselves the bible has all the answers.

I think this is total BS. What more and more people are convinced
of everyday. Is that we have been lied to on many levels for
centuries. To the point we don't even know who we are anymore.
The problem is people you call ignorant think you are.

But on the other hand we're all ignorant enough to
be lied to. And we have been. Some just catch on quicker.
But what would I know? You’re obviously far more woke than I could ever hope to be.

Cmon lighten up.
Imagine yourself privy to the whole world as it lay docile before your
power.
Now imagine the only people you can trust are those who have
also gained such immense power.
Would you hesitate to form an alliance with others that share your unique fortune in life?
How do you know you can trust them? Is this like a script for a crime-drama-mystery piece?

No that isn't a problem. Because I'm not ignorant enough to paint
a whole swath of people as "Fanatical". Just because they don't
think like I do. But on the other hand we're all ignorant enough to
be lied to. And we have been. Some just catch on quicker. While others
are quite comfortable believing the lies they've been told. No two ways
about it.

On a grand scale, we know what we are subjecting ourselves to, before we incarnate here. That’s the point of memory loss on arrival. There would be no point otherwise.
Is this a special ability those of us who are more ignorant just lack?
How do you know?
From where did you get this knowledge that you've been lied to?
I'm inclined to agree with you. At least, that's the party line. But I don't have to like it! :-)
Are you being obtuse
or you really can't imagine a single reason?
Perhaps you're familiar with the concept of having an ally?

with others that share your unique fortune in life? Or would you begin to
consider the possibilities of your obscene fortune along the same lines
as any Godless human being?
To what point would amassing a gigantic fortune result in you searching out
first immortality? And second a world populated by only those you can trust?
And would you not look to minimize the threat against you? By eliminating the
need for those who you deem only necessary for yourself and those like you?
Thru automation and AI I think anyone would. Do you see how the timing of
everything is coming together all at once. We are becoming obsolete exponentially.
We face no greater threat than the wants and desires that manifest in the human
heart. Because far to much is never enough. Life extension and security would
definitely be on the agenda. Wouldn't you agree?
What would your goals be?
