In all seriousness, I know this is a joke thread, but Biden is actually quite healthy and exercises on the Reg. How many other presidents at any age have you seen riding his bicycle in the mornings? Taking brisk walks, and running for exercise? He's got 18 years on me, and could run circles around me.
