If you recall, during Impeachment 1.0 in 2019, House Managers would not allow Trump defense to call witnesses. They wanted Eric Ciaramella, Joe Biden, and others, but the TDS-afflicted managers said, "No way!".

Maybe the rules were more balanced this time....since McConnell and Schumer set them together.

They literally had no case except a false narrative that Trump's team easily destroyed almost immediately. They probably didn't have the time to set up a game plan like they had with the first one. It looked to me that #1 was completely planned and set off "as soon as" Trump became proactive in Ukraine corruption. They had a team of false witnesses read for the hearing with statements. This one was just a complete charade and they really need to be held accountable.

what would have happened if he was found guilty? removed? LOL, there was nothing to gain from this, other than a fine outward display of terminal TDS.
