Trashing Capitol Offices -vs- Destroying U.S. Monuments

Democrats are so filled with indignation over Trump supporters coming into the U.S. Capitol building on Jan 6th, and trashing several offices, including Nancy Pelosi's.

Yet, in my opinion, that "destruction" is nothing compared to the many U.S. Statues and Monuments Democrats damaged, destroyed, and pulled down, last year.

Impeaching former President Trump over the Jan 6th melee, while staying silent as actual monuments to U.S. history are destroyed, further demonstrates how dysfunctional our Democrat-controlled U.S. Congress is, and why their "approval" rating is less than 15%. (They also stayed silent as Democrats burned, looted, and murdered in 2020.)

Which is worse in your opinion ATS family? Trashing offices or Destroying monuments?

I beg to differ...
What about that guy that died at the bottom of that statue that they toppled?
What about ALL of the people surrounding him and the countless other statues that were toppled?
I mean, there were thousands around all of that, for many months, and, people did die.

At the Capitol there were deaths, the ONLY real death was that of a Republican female, as far as the Capitol was concerned.
That was INSIDE, the rest were outside and were more attributed to health than a dangerous surrounding.

Where congress meets can be repaired,destroying statues is a way they will re-write history to suit them.

Lol... Satues = rewriting history somehow. And attacking the most significant place of governance in the U.S. is no biggie.

I don't need a statue to tell me any history. In fact, I don't remember learning any history from statues. Most of my history was from books, podcasts, and documentaries.

But maybe in the Trump cult, statues actually hold a secret hidden knowledge. Maybe you can explain more?
