Trumps administration ensured that the NG were mobilized and on STAND BY. It was the mayor that was required to ask for help to mobilize the guard to help. She never did until it was all over.

I guess you're saying that Trump was too stupid to see that he should have done that proactively, you know, being that he can order them to do things and all.
I can buy that, he is a moron after all.

No, that's not what I'm saying. The mayor has to request the assistance of the NG before Trump can send them in.

If someone is charged with felony murder due to their actions then they need to show to the jury that their actions didn't contribute because the prosecution sure as hell is by placing them at the scene of the felony.

Wrong again on three points. One, there is no suspect. Two, there is no cause of death. Three, innocent until PROVEN GUILTY.

You see the 'if' part? You need me to explain how that word is a qualifier? Did I say there was a suspect? Did I say the cause of death was released? You seem to have an issue with reading my very short sentences.

What about the INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY PART?

What about it? IF a Special Olympian gets charged for felony murder they'll have their day in court instead of being dragged behind the Lincoln Memorial and shot in their empty head.
LOL. LOL. LOL.

Let me take a shot at this. ZERO people were murdered by white supreme domestic terrorists.
Do I win a prize?

Yeah, that's what happens if you're charged with felony murder and the defense disagrees. You know, they bring in forensic pathologists and other experts to testify that potentially the defendant's actions didn't lead to the officer's death just like the prosecution will be doing the same thing but to prove they did.
I know you're having a nice semantics argument and I find it entertaining. Almost as much as the Special Olympians behavior.
