Some of us have been providing bad location data (spoofing), bad metadata and having helpful friends/family willing to drive around with your cellular phone in their possession for a day.

Sometimes FALSE INFO is more useful than no info!

Their algorithms rely on data accuracy. Even one false datapoint will mess the entire thing up

Well it sure sounded scripted, even nurses running out into patient cars and yelling at them to drive.

The mayor of Minneapolis had to chime in like he is a governor or something.

But no, it was just a man who reached his limit from abusive companies that have no oversight.

Government took his support, relied on pain meds to be able to work, went to get them refilled and they denied him.

Probably asked how he was suppose to get by and they gave him the 1800 number for Allina Billing.

Edit: Allina is as crooked as this administration.

Yes, what you refer to is "FUD" (F'ed Up Data) which is used to create a data "fog". You can hide in the fog and screw up their analysis at the same time that way.

You also are referring to providing misleading intel for a purpose. Often this technique is used to flush out a mole or informant in your circles or to confirm you are being monitored, etc.
