So now all of a sudden Biden and his band of Federal Pirates are nervous about Local authorities rejecting refugees sent by the Feds.

These Marxists aren't playing around this time.

They're going for the kill at every turn regardless of how many new policies may end up in court and struck down.

They do it anyway and deal with the consequences later after the desired damage is already done.

Something big is happening and it ain't good !!

Get prepared while you can.

Time is running short.

U.S. President Joe Biden signed an executive order Thursday that denies state and local governments any authority to reject the drop-off of refugees into their towns and communities.

In essence, former President Donald Trump’s policy (Executive Order 13888 of September 2019) gave state and local governments a say in whether they have the capacity to provide refugees a pathway to become self-sufficient and successfully integrate into American society.

Biden’s new executive order (EO) indicated that the federal government would consult with American communities across the country about refugees’ resettlement.

The president’s “Executive Order on Rebuilding and Enhancing Programs to Resettle Refugees and Planning for the Impact of Climate Change on Migration”

Joe Biden Puts Americans in the Dark by Revoking Ability to Reject Refugee Dumping in Their Communities

Oh great, more blight, more crime, more poverty, more predators.

I'd like to say this won't be tolerated, but America has shown it no longer has balls so it undoubtedly will be tolerated (by most).

Lol

No abuse for Gerrymandering, right?

Edit: How about we focus on aiding Americans that need aid before forcing bodies into a housing market bubble?

10th Amendment

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

The way I read this is; there is no provision within the Constitution that compels the states to take in illegal aliens granted entrance by the federal government. So it would be up to the states, respectively, to decide if they wanted to accept the illegal aliens. Federal government cannot mandate they accept.

The People don't seem to have balls either or these pathetic leaders would have been drug out of the public buildings they occupy, kicking and screaming, long ago.

None, not while they're getting funds from the feds for "covid relief".

Not in my back yard-
They'll only be dropped in the cities, where welfare and tax funded housing exists.

Something similar happened in the town I grew up in, back in the early 90's, where the state funneled in Somalian "refugees" by the hundreds.
That city never recovered, within ten years they flooded every city in the state. The school systems in those cities have all been at the brink of collapse ever since.
All of those cities are now heavily overpopulated for their size, and badly underfunded for their welfare load. Homelessness in the city is a huge problem now.

But they got their blue votes! Children born here in those first years are taking local office now, with lots of voters to get them there.

There is none. Borders are federally regulated, States do "participate" with enforcement yet intra, but in the end, (sadly), the Feds take control of a geographical line, once over+ release, support etc... for 90% border crossers.

Hell! I don't get free food, passage, housing, transportation, free baby stuff, medical care...AND I pay income taxes, property taxes, auto taxes, investment taxes etc. etc. etc.....it must stop. My work in life is not to pay for illegals, immigrants of jaded backgrounds...I pay for my family, not yours (meant for illegal implants).

Why not just go home?....dont bring the junk you leave with you.

WELCOME TO THE CALIFORNIA LEGISLATIVE PLAYBOOK!😡🤮

That's EXACTLY how they do it here. It's passed and the citizenry is left to figure it out or suck it up. Doesn't matter if it's Constitutional. If you so choose to fight it, it will be tied up in court for months, years before it's finally figured out and your chances of overturning such legislation has to make it through the 9th Circuit and good fkn luck with that.

The neocons don't give two snips about the public, the citizenry, the useless eaters, the ones they deem beneath them. Nope, eat snip and die tax slave.

Depending on where these refugees are coming from, a "flash" acclimation process will not go over well in our current climate. It's not even a racial problem or hang-up, it's a survival of the fittest situation for the guests and hosts.

In which country ?
Not the US.
The US hasn't technically had a "refugee" program since Barry did away with the "wet foot , dry foot" process for Cubans .

This is what the 100th executive order in less than a month?

Old Joe is pretty much ruling by decree. You know, like a King or a Dictator.

America was cheated really. Dictators are supposed to be eccentric weirdos who strut around in grand outfits, whereas old Joe looks like a care home patient.
