So desperate.

It's funny.

First business day since results.

And senate isn't even in session.

But you are trolling about no legislative work yet.

Desperate.

Fann attempting to do anything like prosecuting someone...

Who said prosecuting? I'm not interested in your straw man.

I noticed you didn't include the whole quote. You couldn't. And didn't.

Funny considering I'm not the person who invents people to try and cover the stories that I also created. Remember when you said the DoJ was on the tarmac and in the court house and how you knew was your buddy from IT who left his phone on? I do..

Remember what happened with thee Russia thing? folks acted JUST LIKE YOU ARE ACTING NOW, trying to belittle anyone who holds that belief, when in reality, they were right all along.

I don't know why anyone bothers with AM anymore, but...

I was tempted to go back and read some of his posts about when Trump claimed he was wiretapped, or during the Russia garbage, just to see if he was spewing the same garbage he is now. I'm sure he did, but, I just honestly don't care enough to go look.

Okay. What could she have done in her position? List all of her options. I hope it's an accurate list.

You obviously need to be spoon fed, the poster I was discussing this with mentioned numerous legislative issues, where's her proposed legislation to correct these alleged issues?

I'm pretty sure cheating on elections is already against the law and on the books. Perhaps you should look it up sometime. You could Google it.... Oh, wait. Yeah, search engines.

The poster I was discussing this with brought up changing laws during an election, that isn't cheating, that's legislative business. But you'd have known this if you bothered to read prior to making ill-informed commentary.

But hey, mention prosecuting again since all you have is your straw man.

The only people that can really be questioned to explain the "discrepancies" found in the report are election officials. The same officials that have already stated Cyber Ninja's discrepancies stem from Cyber Ninja's ignorance in regards to election procedures.

Exactly.

Except, none of those officials are willing to actually put themselves under oath, and respond to these questions, and actually point out specifics of just HOW the CN are ignorant of election procedures.

Rotflmao!

Running elections is not rocket science... unless said procedures are intentionally complicated in order to cover up how fraud is routinely engaged in to control who wins and who loses.

Maybe some are not aware that FAKE ballots and duplicates were found?

Funny.

To summarize after the audit since I have been afk ...

1. Biden is still the confirmed winner of of AZ
2. In their audit released on Friday Cyber Ninjas showed data that could or could not be indicative of something nefarious. Data that could have been or could not have been something that they arent qualified or were qualified to talk about.

So not much has changed then really when talking about AZ. What are the next steps in closing out this specific element of the current investigation?

Auditors still have to do signatures & routers as they JUST got access to them.

AZ Senate President promised senate hearings & legislation.

AZ AG (and current SOS for elections) promised to investigate the criminal referral made on Friday

OK.

As an outside observer, and forgive me but I do have an interest in what goes on over the Pond,
It seems to me that Trumpists have just wasted @ 6 million dollars on this.

Can anyone tell me if any of this changes anything?

Asking for a friend.

I fixed that for ya so you could understand the relevance.

Here's some information on the subject.

Some more info.

Regardless of what you and others say, I have a lot of respect for this very intelligent and moral individual.

Auditors identified the fraud, then handed the evidence to Senate.

Senate will now use that evidence for legislative matters, including withdrawing their prior certification that results were accurate, per senate president & judiciary chairman.

Senate also immediately sent the evidence to Attorney General in criminal referral. AG, who also has SOS election duties right now, has promised to investigate as far as the evidence takes him.

The change is that the 'theory' of election fraud just became factual evidence of election fraud, that senate & AG can now act on.

Exactly what was expected.

I think the real answer is that prosecution of crimes is not part of her job description. Plain and simple. She couldn't prosecute anybody if she wanted to. She doesn't have that power. So she had to pass it onto somebody that could.

I agree. She is sticking strictly to her job description and her position as a legislator. And she did not attempt to propose any further election reforms prematurely... i.e., the audit findings, and the auditor's recommendations, will inform and inspire future reforms.

We are talking politics, though, and she could of course use her position as a bully pulpit for whatever she so chooses. And she is already being criticized for not doing so. And she would have been criticized mercilessly if she had done so. No matter what she did or didn't do, does or doesn't do, she will be criticized mercilessly by someone.

At the risk of projecting, I'm thinking she's probably seen way to much to have much respect for anyone -- Republican or Democrat, left or right -- involved at this point, doesn't trust anyone, and just doesn't have the heart to do any more than her job at this point.

So if charges are filed, you will be totally wrong.

Give me a ring a ling when someone goes to jail for the fraud.

I'll do it. Just be sure to let me know where they land. I'm getting old and need obtainable goals.
