Guarantee its already happening, we have a law in the states because china was doing that back in the 80's I think with the great lakes so a law was passed that it was illegal to fill a tanker with water and ship, so Nestle bottles it and fills the tanker and sends it.

I havent read up on this in some time because its a somber subject and illustrates what will probably kill a lot of people in the not to distant future.

Growing up in Florida it was shocking to me to learn that there was no freshwater under st Petersburg because they drained it watering their lawns coupled with the booming population needs and salt water filled in the spaces.
