Democrats in Washington are complete and total wimps.

For 4 solid years, Donald Trump and the republicans in his Congress dealt with protests. Republicans were cornered up by democrat protesters in the Capitol during Kavanaugh's hearing after the protesters demanded to be let into the Capitol. For the last year of Trump's presidency he dealt with violent protests in DC and he dealt with their destruction. Only once was he ever in a bunker for it and that's when he was forced into a bunker for about 20 minutes. Never once did Trump or republicans lock down the Capitol or get in front of news cameras and melodramatically tell us all that they thought they were really about to die. There were literally churches and other buildings around the republicans that were in flames.

Tell me why, after one protest that now we've got more info on proving Trump supporters weren't the main provocateurs, we suddenly have democrat after democrat after democrat telling everybody how scared they were and how much they feared for their lives. Telling the news how they thought they were going to be killed. Now after a little fire in a homeless camp, they've locked it all down again??? If the "leaders" in Washington are this scared of a fire and a protest then maybe they don't deserve to hold any kind of office. We need strong leaders, not weak minded fools that lock everything down after one protest by the other side.

ETA: I can't believe I forgot to mention the fact that this Congress now has 25,000 troops outside for "protection".

Theres one thing they've got on lock.

Looking their weakest at their best.

Might have something to do with perpetual victim status.

Is any of this really surprising? When your entire worldview rests upon victimhood, it's only a matter of time before you engineer a way to make yourself a victim too.

This is paint by numbers politics by those challenged with an insufficient number of neurons.

The left condoned and allowed innocent citizens life’s and lively hood to be completely crushed and destroyed, this was okay with them.

Conservative’s took the fight to the people that are actually instigating and perpetrating the civil unrest, this is not okay.

Ya, I watched it in dismay..not that it was relevant to me, I'm an observer(lots of family stateside though) We did have some protests here, but nothing destructive.

Well instead of cracking heads, the ones suddenly worried about dying were cracking bail money off and having rioters released. This isn't about the 5 people dying anyways, This about the response we're seeing. These people are afraid of their own shadows when a Trump supporter is within 500 miles.

It's more or less figurative, the police should of dealt with the rioting, and destruction..especially after carrying on as long.
