That makes two of us. It was random conversation over a (more than 6) Thanksgiving dinner and he didn't go into details. I'll be seeing him soon again so with all that's happened lately I can't wait to follow up.

My grandfather, a ww2 vet and retired beat cop from Jersey expresses concern for the future of his great grandchildren, this is a man who lived through the "big one" and went on to be that thin blue line during the race riots..

People need to temper their expectations for 2021 especially now a Chinese owned career politician has taken over the whitehouse. Societies normas are going to be slowly outlawed for the sake of the woke generation.

Im in one if the luckiest cities in the world - covid doesnt exist here.
Theres no masks no lockdowns - i just sat at a cafe full of ppl eating breakfast.

I really cant complain at all - i feel for all ppl going through this mess

In saying that ive always wanted US citizenship- if any ladies want to marry for a visa to australia/new zealand id happily accept as i want entry to the usa 🤪

If he has to have back surgery, I think that's punishment enough. Ugh. I had neck surgery, and that's all kinds of fun. Although I admit it was much easier than shoulder surgery.

I wasn't aware karma already did it.

But I wasn't being serious, just I've known those kind of people and thought it was kinda funny cause I thought DB and I had a decent understanding of each other.

Nah, I just wound up being the poor kid in a roomful of not poor kids and the one they decided to pick on. Then one of them "befriended" me and spent time yanking that rug out from under me until I learned not to trust her.

My parents did what they could to support me, but when I say poor, I mean it.

The most valuable lesson I learned from it is that the only people whose opinions should matter to you are the ones who really count, and that's a limited pool in your life.

Would love to skip the back sugery but in the past 3 weeks have lost 70% of the use of my left arm (typing is a bitch!) and they "may" have found a growth on C3 in a series of x-rays I had done tonight. . . and all of a sudden I have an appointment with a specialist surgeon tomorrow.

So yeah, when life gives you lemons, make martini's.

Drink more bourbon. Praying for you brother. Keep super happy thoughts, as you usually do.
