Probably the same way they take out other sites. Cloudflare and other ddos protection services will refuse to serve them and suddenly they'll be under constant denial of service attacks making the platform essentially unusable.

Given twitter is a massive loss maker even as a virtual monopoly likely played no small part in parler’s downfall. Though given the incompetence of twitter’s leadership i’m sure even a small child could come up with a sustainable business model.
