Doesn’t matter armed or unarmed.
When you are breaking and entering with a mob, and you climb through a barricade, you tempt fate.

What about “let in”?

They were the most “let in” people of anybody who’s ever been let into anything.

Do you?

Let’s be honest any group doing what they done on Wednesday would have received the same treatment, possibly even more deaths.

but just like, blm, antifa, kkk, skin heads, or who have ya. if you choose to engage in lootin, breaking and entering, where there are armed police, guards and attacking them, then get shot, it's on your head.

she choose to be there, she should have known the chances. it's a shame that she was killed, but it's not like it's not known that may happen to you if you do these things.

That’s the people’s house, conducting the people’s business. Open the damn doors to the people. To many secrets.Secrets breed corruption. WE THE PEOPLE are pissed off.

Yes, the people's House trying to conduct the people's business. And the Trump traitors were trying to stop it. This is what happens. You get shot or arrested and go to jail. Sorry, but that IS THE WAY IT IS.

This was a massive security failure!

Babbitt was shot one hour after Capitol Hill was overrun, and you can see multiple uniformed LEO, as well as plain clothed security, beside her before she climbs through the window.

I appreciate that perhaps LEO in the outer perimeters decided protecting a building wasn't worth killing or being killed, but the man who shot her most likely had one remit and that was to stop anyone who crossed that barrier towards members of Congress.

She foolishly breached an area she had to have known she shouldn't have been in, even if she believed LEO had up until this point been accommodating.  This wasn't a wandering tourist found in the employee lounge.

She should have been stopped long before she got there and because of multiple LEO failures, and her own failure to read the room, she was not.

We all need to stop focusing on things like her being unarmed and who has rights to the building and instead focus on why/how she was there and the response the government is now taking to blame everyone but themselves.

Yea its a sad thing that happened but it's the result of qanon convincing people they are apart of a revolution. She probably thought she was on the forefront of change.

I'm against ANYONE using violence to further their agenda. I just know that there were a small number of folks doing stupid sh!t and most of the supporters there were the non violent type. Much like as was described at other protests that turned into riots. If we label all Trump supporters with this brush, then you have to do the same to all the other groups and in reality, there aren't many people left when you do it that way. Looks really stupid from here.

And let a mob run in? What's that going to solve? What happeneds if the mob starts taking Democrats hostage and then decides to make their own mock execution truals?

All this did was make trump supporters look very bad. And some people died in the process.

Damage is already done. Whether warrented or not. Just like blm and antifa have negativity attached to them, the same is happening to Trump Supporters.

It may not be justified for those condemn the capitol rush, but it's whats happening. Trump's fringe supporters like qanon and the proud boys helped Trump, but at the end backfired and hurt all trump supporters.

The woman was a traitor and got what she deserved. Period.

So conservative protesters are traitors that deserve to die? Mind you these people were not trying to overthrow the government. It was a protest far tamer than what we have witnessed all year by the BLF and antifa crowds. So is this what the next 2-4 years are going to look like? Get in line with the Party or get silenced, doxed--or in this case--killed. Sounds like a few other countries in east Asia.

Perhaps she just got shot for mobbing rioting and storming a government building?

I mean it has been known to happen.

Sounds a lot like "Just following orders." She was unarmed. She threatened no one. There was time to issue a warning shot.

Whilst her death was sad, it was avoidable.

She’s not the first unharmed U.S citizen to be shot by the Police.

What makes this more outrageous than the other deaths? The fact she was female, the colour of her skin, because she was protesting something you agree with?

Were she black, we'd a have riots in the streets.

But you did have a riot and the majority of them were not of colour but white as pan bread.

When you are on protective detail and guarding members of Congress, who if they were taken hostage or killed would put this country into a vulnerable spot, there is no such thing as a warning shot.

Where did you want him to shoot to warn her? The wall? The ceiling? Down the corridor? Into someone else's body?

She had plenty of warning. She could see the man with the gun not 6 feet away from her. He wasn't hidden and people knew he was there and were filming him. The doors weren't just locked but were barricaded. She disregarded numerous warnings already, so at which point should they stop giving her one more warning and stop her?

Because it is stupid to tar all Trump supporters with the same brush. Just as it was stupid to tar all BLM protestors with the same brush.

There are always agitators at every protest. They have no interest in the protest’s cause, just an excuse to act like A holes.

Of course some of the violent mob were true Trump supporters, brainwashed into believing the claims of election fraud, beyond anything that has gone before, actually took place.

She was not a "conservative protester".

She was an insurrectionist who was forcing her way into our Capitol and got shot. She is not a patriot. She listened to the wrong people. And she paid the price.

Conservative protesters, my ass!
