I'm glad we're all in agreement that Twitter can censor anyone they want at any time they want and many are cheering the actual censorship of people.

So odd.

Jack Dorsey just wants a pure leftist echo chamber with no opposing viewpoints.

"Why don't people understand the Constitution compels private companies to have to do business with everyone, even against that private companies wishes, regardless of the circumstances!?"

That's the argument that people have??

Yeah...and people who bring that argument up in regards to bakeries and salons are called bigoted etc. It's always the double standard argument.

Speech has consequences.

Censoring speech has consequences.

What will they be?

Keep poking the bear...

That's why there's a Public Accomodation law.

But Internet platforms are exempt.

Jack Dorsey is now our President. There's clearly no higher power in the land.

The greatest irony is the victorious left thinks they've done something modern and enlightened in furtherance of democracy and the will of the 'people', when in reality they are merely following the well worn path of literally every example of authoritarian and totalitarian governance throughout history.

For this round, The Great Experiment is dead.

Like I said earlier, dark days ahead.

So you see no issues in a private company censoring what are, technically official government statements by a world leader?

I have a huge issue, but I don't write the laws.

Further, weren't you the one that convinced me of the appropriate use of section 230?

Just to repeat, the 1st Amendment is designed to protect political speech, not the crazy ramblings of a anti-American seditionist.

Additionally, private businesses can refuse to serve anyone they want, for no reason at all. Although inciting riots is a pretty good reason.

Have you ever actually read the 1st Amendment?

Massive censorship today.

Big tech oligarchs did this to a sitting president and gone straight Stalin-esque because there's a lot of big, world changing & (Dem) career ending info about to come out. What, I have no idea but sources say.

I don't have a Twitter account so I don't know. . .

But I can bet the Iranian leaders have a Twitter account.

BLM has a Twitter account.

Antifa has a Twitter account.

ISIS has a Twitter account.

China has multiple Twitter accounts.
