The Bald-headed Dude on the Steps...

I have waited for some news on the well-dressed guy with the bullhorn that was standing on the Capital steps the other day, but I haven't heard a thing about him. I can't find the video now, but he was saying crazy stuff like, "You won't owe any more taxes!" "You won't have to pay full price, everything will be 50% off!", and more.
The guy was in his mid-30's maybe, shiny well-kept bald head, slim, and dressed to the nines.

At first, everyone was REALLY paying attention, and several (what I assumed were reporters) kept repeatedly asking, "Sir, what is your name?", etc.
(He never acknowledged them)
It was VERY weird, first of all, he didn't fit in, not at all, he was way overdressed to even be in the Capitol, from what I saw, it looked like an expensive Armani suit, not that I know what that looks like.
He had all kinds of crazy charisma, he acted like he was at home behind a megaphone too. I couldn't make out what all was being said, and, I couldn't see his all of the time either due to people standing front of the camera sometimes.

I know that I wasn't the only person that saw him, he spent a good 5 minutes spouting off craziness.

I just wonder if anyone has heard 'what his deal' was. It was so far out there, it really made people stop and listen.
More than likely he was the janitor, a crazy janitor, but maybe someone knows him.

I have done searches online for the video, I can't find anything.

The guy with the tattoos and fur/head dress is definitely an attention whore, but this other guy was WAY out there in left field, and it was so odd to see someone dressed that was ready to impress, not dress like he was the Chief's Witch Doctor!

I seen that as well, it seemed like he came out of nowhere. I thought he was trying to be a go between Congress and the people but I did not know at that point many people were already inside running around like nuts.

I seen the big guy standing beside him that had the bullhorn before and after was one that was trying to get the people to leave, as that is what the President had already said to do.

Other than that I have no clue who he is or where he came from. I couldn't hear much but it sounded very socialist and I think the big guy had heard enough of his BS and took the bullhorn back.

That's the exact same video that I saw, I figured that since it was so 'out of place' that surely someone here would know what was going on with that guy, it was REALLY out of left field.

While I did correct some spelling, it had nothing to do with any of his description.
I'm just OCD about spelling, but I promise, I didn't change a thing.

You're not crazy, I can see how someone can have an idea in their head (since you were familiar with horny guy) and then go with it, he did stand out too, and actually, gets a lot more press.
I actually watched an interview with him and he's not as crazy as he appears, but he is a little more right than your average right leaning person, but he is a Trump supporter.
