I almost hate to say how remarkably "un-difficult" something like this would be to pull off. I doubt the Iranians would even seriously consider doing such a thing for this reason alone, no one would take it seriously. In fact, I suspect the Iranians would find such a plan even laughable.

Consequently, there's about 190% probability this is a hoax!
