Anybody who knows anything about Russia and China would know that both states have a strict policy not to shoot first, because history has shown them that they both do better if they are publicly perceived as being the victim rather than the aggressor.

China especially won't fire the first shot in a war because it historically believes itself to be the subject of foreign aggression and never the aggressor itself.

Both states will sit back and wait for America to fire first, and ifwhen it does they will go straight to the UN security council and use all of the diplomatic tools that they have to isolate the US.

In the long run, having the international establishment on their side is more beneficial to them than actually striking back.

We saw this when one of Russia's aircraft was accidentally shot down recently. Rather than striking back they went straight for the diplomatic option and came out smelling of roses while everybody else came out looking like idiots.

Russian pride was inflated X10 by having the international community seeing them as being an innocent party.

Why in the world would China or Russia start a war with the US?

Trump has given them more than they could ever ask for: he's alienated Europe and NATO, legitimized the Kim Regime, blessed the "One China" policy, etc.

Mission Accomplished.

There's always a war going on somewhere.

there appears
a loose system based on slow land travel by foot or cart or horse/beast of burden
that functioned along the lines of rulership style
going from the Extreme east, land of the rising Sun

where it lends itself to godlessness as you go east out from the Holy Land near the middle of the european, african, asian continental land masses
Instantly West is blocked by Heathen Idolaters God Kings in most avenues of travel
so when the world began to modernize and rapid transit by automotive power
the problem formed into a solution
that seems to follow a Theological pursuit to even out the menace of improper rule using mean tactics that ruin love and thus are wrong

SO when it all starts to fall apart in the politicians hands
you need a dynamically schooled person like a ceo exec to shed light on your trade control ruling woes

but that threat eliminated and the ability to instal a false god idol in Heaven is done, and lost for the wurm that did it was conquopored and none can top the man whom is running the show out of a place you cant get to
