Okay, so let's break it down...
- A major bomb/incendiary device goes off in downtown Nashville, TN. Damage to numerous structures and businesses.
- Blast looks like it originates from a parked RV. One which has been parked for minimally several hours to over a day.
- Blast goes off and injures many, damages countless businesses and possibly kills one.
- Prior to blast, said RV has an announcement system which tells people to evacuate the area (because there's going to be a bomb)
- We've got a guy who owns an RV and is in the "IT business" from neighbor reports.
- RV disappears from person of interest's house within 48 hours of blast.
- Further investigation reveals alleged owner of said RV, and POI, deeds his home property to some single 29 year old woman from CA.
- FBI allegedly received warnings of abandoned RV before blast.
- Investigators are investigating connection between POI and woman in CA whom he deeded his house to.
Just trying to clean house here, and summarize. Did I miss anything?

It's NOT a DC for cripes sakes!! OMG!! It really isn't.
DC's and failover sites are as far as they can get away from a CO/wire center!!
Think about it this way, do you store your spare gas cans next to your fire place? No, no one does! Do you put your backup arrays next to your dynamite storage?? No, no one does. What are people missing here?????

FWIW where did we find the 29-year-old Michelle Swing?, I've also seen where there is a Michelle Swing age 61 at the Los Angeles address and she was also at a Tennessee address when Warner deeded another property to her for $10 over a year ago.
Ill see if I can find links

Any servers would have been in the bat building this doesnt make any sense. This was an old facility i would say it just had access to some old trunk lines for the original phone services. Notice not all phone service went out just land lines even my cell continued to work though the 911 network went down. I saw on the local news technicians were litterally having to drill in to the building to get access to the lines. That tells me they were just lines from the old part of the phone network. In Order to get landlines working again they needed to reestablish a connection. This is not some major computer storage you wouldnt keep that anywhere near there hub.

if you watch this video posted by Looking at Mars, you will see the blast comes from the RV and that is a fire ball that goes to the right. you can see the blast start on left, then fireball goes right then you see the spot where the RV was burning.
click the first tweet, to view.
twitter.com...
flash starts on left at 10 sec mark, where the RV is.

FWIW...
I guess SunGard split between "Availability Solutions" (SunGardAS) and a separate concern that runs software company (SunGard).
SunGardAS is the entity that seems to be in the colo business IIUC.
On their own site, SunGardAS doesn't list any facility they operate in Nashville, TN.
SunGardAS North America Facilities
I have seen some other links to generic "cloud/DC" locators that DO mention SunGardAS as having a Nashville presence, but is that maybe stale info (i.e. did the facility change hands?).
Unless I'm wrong or misinterpreting their site, SunGardAS doesn't claim to have a DC in Nashville.

200 Commerce St. is a parking deck with retail shops on the ground floor.
Looked like mostly food joints.
It's also the address of a SunGard data center... cloud and colocation
SunGard Nashville data center is located at 200 Commerce Street, Nashville, TN 37201. The data center offers colocation and managed hosting, enterprise cloud services, remote managed IT services, messaging and collaboration, and network and managed security services.
