They were all decided on the basis of the evidence presented and the relief sought.

What do you think a judge basis their decisions to deny petitions on? The evidence presented.

Hillary and DNC skipped the lawsuits and went straight to trying to persuade the Electoral College electors to be faithless; to eather vote for her instead of Donald Trump or vote for another Republican candidate.

Hillary also commissioned a political research dossier from a feign intelligence operative filled with unverified accusation against Donald Trump and known Russian disinformation. Then leaked that document to the press in order to undermine the incoming administration.

In their final days the Obama administration picked a political fight with the Russians over their alleged interference in the 2016 elections that his administration did nothing to stop. He did nothing to resolve the dispute with the Russians and left it to the next administration to deal with.

Obama also took a world tour to worn our allies to distrust the Trump Administration.

Than the DNC spent the next 3 years loudly supporting an investigation into whether or not Trump conspired with the Russians to steal the 2016 elections. The result of that investigation being a few Russian Bots never showing up for their trial; an American gerinal being railroaded in to make a confession that he lied to the FBI during their investigation, which was later overturned when it was discovered that the FBI acted inappropriately; and finally the drunken testimony by the lead investigator in front of congress where he could not recall the particulars of his investigation.

When the DNC's first attempt at impeaching Trump over aligations he conspired with the Russians to steal the 2016 elections failed; they then spent the next few months in a last ditch effort trumping up allegations that Trump tried to strong arm the Ukrainian government. Allegations that the victim, the Ukrainian government, denied happened and allegations that the DNC's own lawyer warned would lead to the most narrow and subjective impeachment in US history (including the Clinton sex scandal).

I could go on and include unsubstantiated sexual assault allegations against a SCOTUS nominee; Failed NDA lawsuits brought by a Porn Star that resulted in the Porn Star being ordered to pay almost $300,000; and on and on and on.


But your right Hillary and the DNC didn't spend a month and a half seeking legal remedy through our court system trying to uncover what they saw as voter fraud....

However in this case I don't think its correctly being applied. My argument is that the Democrats spent years "not getting over" their 2016 loose. My argument to back up that claim has to bridge that time period and can not be addressed with just one example.

I do understand that you take exception to some of my interpretations of events; we have all talked them to death the last four years. But I really can't see how any honest person could believe that the chicanery doesn't go every which way ... and that unfortunately its only getting worse.
