Biden sounding very condescending in Zoom meeting with civil rights leaders

Biden once said "Gonna put you all back in chains" I believed what he said. In every communist country a group of folks isolated by race,class, or morality who the rest of the citizens fear because their past actions and demeanor. Take for example the over the summer and almost every large city experiencing unrest, violence, looting and protest. In effect, the masses do not recognize the message of the protest but fear the message. What you are seeing is in effect Biden putting the token black argument (a democrat tool) back on the shelf till it is needed to generate fear and self blame again. The black struggle is not a concern of the democrat party but a tool. If the masses displease the DNC then these folks who the majority have been conditioned to fear will be deployed by airing the murder or pieced together to lack context to in flame the blacks. The DNC then point out an enemy with perceived guilt to punish.

To a smaller extent the LGBTQ community and metoo movements anti-war activist were weaponized to bring shame to those that displease the DNC.

The purpose is clear as even with total control of government 2012 they did nothing to alleviate the perceived distress to any of these communities. Despite the criminal justice reform, economic plans to bring minorities better opportunities, the stimulus delivered via executive order the DNC was still able to deploy the black weapon during 2020 to derail the recovery.

Racism does exist and Biden currently leads the party that aims to keep them on their plantations.

What makes you believe he has any core beliefs other than taking care of his family?

It's not like he was a Billionaire who decided to slum as POTUS and invite the hatred of the world upon him for doing that.
