Still unsure what you interpreted.

Also for future reference if someone asks how you interpret something, repeating the thing you were asked to interpret doesn't help.

Are you the kinda guy that yells louder when you're on holiday and you haven't bothered to learn the language?

Or better yet, put the water bill in his name! Then, after Jao Bai-Din takes office, let the bill lapse and the district will foreclose on the Whitehouse and put it up for auction to the highest bidder.

Maybe do the same for the House and the Senate.

That'd be awesome!

I think he should put the White House electric power bill in his name, then he could legally squat.

It would take a year to evict him.

Brilliant!!!!!!

That's the kinda thinking we need.

For those not in the know :
The answer is the Presidential Transition Act.
And only if it is ascertained that there is a clear President elect with no contentions going on.
Re: Bush - Gore contested election.
Question answered.

Is there a law that states Trump must concede? it seems he's either nuts or he's got something up his sleeve. Not much time left, so it will be exciting to watch regardless.

At this point its pretty obvious what the GOP and Trump have up their sleeve is/was to sew as much "deligitmascy" in the new Biden administration as they can. Just like the Democrats did to Trump in 2016.

While two wrongs don't make a right ... I can certainly see why they are acting this way from their prospective.

Bingo. I fully expect there to be a special prosecutor as well. Mueller part II. Also won't be surprised if the republicans take the house back in 2 years and impeach Biden....if Commie-la isn't president by then.

Was I? Where does the authority to create that act regarding the Presidential Election come from? Maybe go read Article II.

In the United States, squatting is illegal and squatters can be evicted for trespassing

The eviction process is long and tiresome, btdt. Maybe he'll just wear them out and they'll figure it's not worth trying to remove him.

For you with your misspellings and pedantry, the Constitution lays out the framework for the election and transition while leaving some of the details to Congress.

now you have me confused.

you said:

but when his stuff is getting moved out on the 21st does it really matter?

That is the statement I interpreted as tears. the exact words, which was what you asked for.

now as to why I thought that, (which you didn't ask) is because there were quite a few anti-Trump folks who aren't smart enough to understand that just because Biden won the election, doesn't mean Trump had to leave the next day, he's still president until January 20, when Biden swears his allegiance to China.

If you could at the very least understand what you are saying in the future, it would make this "conversation" thing much easier all around.
