Those who disagree remain silent, the insider said. "Parents are terrified to speak up for fear of retribution. Parents are acting like spineless wimps."
One Dalton father, who said he’s removed his children from the school as a result of the manifesto, said Dalton "has totally failed in its mission to uplift the very people it professes to help.
"It’s completely absurd and a total step backwards," the father, who did not want to be identified, told the Post.
"This supposed anti-racist agenda is asking everyone to look at black kids and treat them differently because of the color of their skin," he said. "The school is more focused on virtue-signaling this nonsense than it is in actually helping students of color. More parents are going to be pulling their kids out."edit on 20-12-2020 by infolurker because: (no reason given)
It's a private school, they can do whatever they want, don't send your kids there if you have a problem with them.

Thankfully they can do whatever they would like.
That includes exposing exactly how racist the individuals who came up with these ideas are.

I know that, but that doesn't make it 'higher education'.
You could have just said, 'I didn't read the article', and left it at that.

It's K-12 for 54180$ a year. That's ALOT for K-12. I went to private school for a couple years as a kid. It was about 4-5k and this was a great private school in 2006.
This means their parents are heavily rich and can afford to send their kids anywhere. If parents disagre, they can easily change schools.

So now you want to debate what color blue the sky is?

Whether you consider Dalton to be "higher education"...
...since it isn't college is totally irrelevant to the actual meat of the discussion...
