Your argument is devoid of any merit.




Of course it matters. Particularly where the companies as Plaintiffs are concerned. They will have to prove malice or a reckless disregard for the truth.

On the other hand, Eric Coomer is suing personally, and his argument won't need to prove malice because he's not a public figure. His case against Lin Wood looks damning and I won't be surprised if Coomer wins a nice award or Wood settles for a large sum.

The link you posted says they assisted the elections for 15 years in Venezuela and the reason they ceased operations there is because the government announced results that were different than what was reflected by the voting system.
