Says right in the article the DOD is carrying out the delivery of the vaccine.

So the vaccine is the only issue of concern in the transition?

In addition, Pfizer said "we have millions more doses sitting in our warehouse but, as of now, we have not received any shipment instructions for additional doses."

thehill.com...

I wonder about the recently revealed security breach. Is the transition being briefed? Kept up to speed? I wonder.

As I mentioned in an other part of the thread

That any of it is related in even the vaguest sense.

The post office is being slammed by COVID in certain areas for example. Have no doubts more stuff is being shipped than ever before.

COVID is hitting the military too, I know certain places have strict guidelines when someone within an office or department gets sick.

I didn't know USPS is involved.

But shipping doesn't seem to be the problem.

But is vaccine distribution the only concern?

They can't ship vaccines if the individual states can't decide where to ship.

For example, Kansas keeps changing its mind on who deserves to get vaccinated in which tiers. All this impacts where those vaccines need to go. I know this because my folks are two older people, and my dad has what you would think would be a pretty serious pre-existing in congestive heart failure, and their status on the "essentia;" rung keeps changing day to day. They're below meat packing plant workers at this point.

Joe is not the President Elect until January 6, if/when confirmed as such by Congress. That means it may not even be Pelosi as the Speaker, because that gets settled on January 3 (maybe) when the new House is seated.

DoD can flip Joe off on a daily basis until he takes the oath, because even as President Elect, it still doesn’t mean squat.

You can tell you only read your posts and maybe those you are engaged in conversations with.

I copied my response to Sookie about it's a conspiracy LOL

If the DOD is slammed with COVID itself, what would you prioritize?

A transition for a person who can't even make a decision regarding our military till 1/21 or shipping a vaccine to help people today and tomorrow ie. now

Much ado about nothing.

Yohannes Abraham "We want more briefings from the Pentagon."

Pentagon "We've already had 139 briefings. We're scheduled for 20 more. We'll reschedule those for after the holidays. Some of us want to spend time with our families."

Yohannes Abraham "We don't want to wait. We want those briefings now! You're being obstructionists!"

Pentagon "Whatever, we'll see you in January."

What do they have to discuss that's so important that it can't wait until January?

It's so sad that the state now gets to determine who is essential and who isn't.

I guess it's always been that way, but when elderly people are ranked lower that pot shop owners, I fear our republic is already lost.

They'd be much higher if they lived in a LTC facility, but since they're independent, they don't rate.

And why should elderly people be ranked higher to pot shop owners?

They're the ones most vulnerable to the virus and have the most to lose if they get it. Most of the rest of us get over it on our own with a few sniffles assuming we get symptoms to begin with.

Lets be frank; the elderly have always been most vulnerable to disease ... whats the point of stating the obvious?

Yep, and all this stuff we're being forced to do has been all about protecting them. So now that we have a vaccine, the ultimate means of protecting them, give it to them and let the rest of us get back to the business of life while we wait for our doses as they become available.

Because it makes the most logical sense.

They're already out there saying that even with the vaccine (at 90%) you can get sick and pass it on, so why on earth do you leave your most vulnerable unvaccinated any longer than you have to?

Prove that what we have been doing was to protect the elderly.

I suspect that people in general have been following covid guidelines to protect themselves; not to protect others.

President Trump cares more about the nation than he does himself.

I disagree.

In any case, how does impeding the transition help the nation?

Because Biden has ties to China.
Should sensitive information be entrusted to him
we shall suffer as a whole.
Some information should not be made available to just anyone,
particularly one whose mental filter is so shattered that he
boasted, while campaigning for POTUS,
of having at his disposal
an extensive election fraud network!

He said this.
Did you miss it?
Should I find a link?
Do you think Biden is fit to be POTUS?

Why is this not clear to you?

I would like to hear Phage reply to this.
