He didnt leave it there. He paid rent and his nosy mother came in to clean his room and do his laundry and while snooping around she opened his footlocker that clearly said "Stay Out"!

So really, its all her fault. I mean this stuff is obviously worth a lot.

Maybe he doesnt trust banks or stock brokers and this was his version of a commodity?

Husband had a primo comics collection his mother summarily chucked. It had some super rare stuff in it that was and would have been worth some serious cash.

All jokes aside, that’s a pretty disgraceful overreach on the parents part.

They allowed there grown son to live in there house as a tenant, but that doesn’t give them the right to destroy his private property.

Don’t get me wrong, personally I think paying for porn is pretty dumb. Think the last time I payed for porn was probably when I was 11 years old and gave my mate a game boy game for the limited edition play boy mag, featuring Pamela Anderson... lol.

Regardless though, they stole and destroyed his private property.

It was the correct decision by the judge.

Divorced.
Has to live with parents, no privacy
Parents can't let go of their "boy".
Dude is probably addicted to porn.
Sues own parents.

He paid rent, his mother had no reason to intervene in his private life. She probably thought she was doing him a favor or tried to set him straight. Cleanse not only his room but him from all sins.

It's so twisted and sad on so many levels.

I wouldn't say it's a fapulous situation.
